Return policy
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way. You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 7 & 10 days of delivery. Within 7 days you are eligible for 100% refund Within 10 days Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, Items you have already assembled.
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- By Air shipping charge for orders requested by customer.
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
- Assembly service are not required with our product it’s a DIY and very simple Plug-
N_Play installation
- However, if your item is damaged or defective after the installation or return period, in this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
