How long does delivery take?
We deliver across India within 5–8 business days. Remote locations may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Does the fountain come with a pump, LED, and adapter?
Yes. Every EXPLEASIA water fountain includes a pump, LED light, and adapter — fully ready to use. No extra purchases needed.
Is any plumbing or installation required?
No plumbing at all. Simply place the fountain, fill water, plug in, and it's ready. Setup takes under 5 minutes.
What is the warranty on your fountains?
We offer a 6-month warranty on electrical parts — pump, LED light, and adapter. Warranty does not cover the body, paint, breakage, physical damage, or mishandling.
How is the product packaged?
All fountains are packed with premium protective material to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care for fragile and large pieces.
