Return & Exchange Policy

We want every EXPLEASIA product to be a perfect match for your home. If the product is not suitable, we will help you with the return or exchange process as per our policy.

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

For large products, returns may be accepted within 7–10 days of delivery, only if the product has not been installed and is returned in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Supported with proof of purchase
  • Supported with a proper box-opening/unboxing video

A box-opening video is mandatory for claims related to refund, exchange, wrong product, or transit damage.

Return Shipping Charges

For casual returns, both-side transportation charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping cost is approximately 10% of the product value for one-side shipping.

Free return or exchange is available only in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit

In such cases, original packaging and proper box-opening video are required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized products
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Open box items

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at expleasia@gmail.com with your order details, proof of purchase, product photos, and a proper box-opening/unboxing video.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

Returns may take around 7 days to process after approval. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse.

For replacement or exchange, the process will usually be completed within 2 days after raising the request.
